This is wishful thinking. They set precedent. 4. Is just plain stupid. Apple has the best marketing around. They make their users want and “need” to get the latest thing, even if it is only a “new” mouse. (I am getting a magic track pad, even though I REALLY don’t need it. There is no such thing as the google factor. Unless they are talking email or search.</p> <p>Android will kill in numbers because they have 20+ phones on all the cell carriers. Apple has had 4 total revisions of perfection on a single US carrier. What do you think the numbers would look like if they were on all four? Staggering. We probably would not even have this conversation because everyone would have one.</p> <p>Btw. Linux has nothing to do with this. Google could have created a new os and called it “doorway” and the same thing would have happened. Lol after re reading this, it sounds like I am yelling or being harsh.
